12 Large Eggs
1 Can of Evaporated Skim Milk (13 oz)
1 Cup confectioner's sugar
Nutmeg
Beat the eggs together in a large bowl until foamy. Add milk and sugar. Stir. Strain mixture through sieve and pour into jar. Close lid and chill.
Sprinkle nutmeg on top when ready to serve.
Cinnamon is optional.
